BURGETTSTOWN - Alexandrea Smith may only be 8 years old, but she's already a dedicated hunter, according to her mother Rafika Smith.

Township to sell building to authority

FLORENCE - The Hanover Township Supervisors have agreed to sell the former township municipal building, located on Steubenville Pike, to the Hanover Township Sewer Authority after years of wrangling over possible leases.




Lady Devils vex California Trojans

BURGETTSTOWN - With all five starters scoring in the first quarter, led by Tessa Bonacci's five points and Chelsea Murray's four, the Burgettstown Lady Blue Devils, who were coming off of a disappointing 59-32 loss to Brownsville the night before, were off and running to a comparatively easy 54-28 victory over the visiting California Lady Trojans Dec. 23.
